helping brains grow since 2008

Your brain can be trained. At any age. For any goal.

Focus, memory, thinking speed and self-control aren’t fixed traits — they’re skills. And skills can be measured, practised and made stronger. We’ll show you exactly how.

sound familiar?

You’ve tried everything — except the one thing that actually works.

  • We’ve tried trying harder.
  • We’ve tried rewards, routines, reminders and patience.
  • Focus still slips. Memory still fails.
  • And progress feels impossibly slow.

Here’s what most people are never told:

Focus, memory, thinking speed and self-control are skills.

Not personality traits. Not fixed limits. Skills that can be measured, trained and strengthened — at any age, for almost any reason.

That’s what the Biolink programme is built on.

how it works

We don’t guess. We assess, train and track.

  1. The FOCUS Assessment

A clinically validated 20-minute test of attention, thinking speed, impulse control and how distractions affect you — a clear picture of the why.

  2. A plan just for you

No two brains are the same. We build a programme around your results, using neuroscience technology and coaching.

  3. Brain training

Using Play Attention — technology inspired by NASA — you train exactly the skills your results identified. Step by step, and measurable.

  4. Real life

We help connect new skills to school, work and home, so the gains don’t stay in the training room.

what we train

This isn’t tutoring. It’s real brain training.

We strengthen the thinking skills underneath learning, work and everyday life.

Focus & attention

Staying with a task — and ignoring distractions.

Working memory

Holding information in mind and using it.

Processing speed

Taking things in and responding quicker.

Self-regulation

Managing impulses, frustration and big feelings.

Planning & organisation

Getting things out of your head and into action.

Executive function

The brain’s manager for everyday life.

Self-confidence

What happens when you finally feel capable.

Using it for real

Skills that carry over to school, work and home.

the science bit

Backed by real science.

Play Attention has been studied in 4 clinical studies with more than 50,000 people over three decades. Every session is measured as it happens — so progress is something you can see, not just hope for.

our story

We built this because we lived it.

Karin sat in a doctor’s office and heard the words that change a parent’s world:

“Your child has ADHD and Autism.”

What followed was overwhelming — a desperate search for answers, and the feeling of being completely alone. That search led Karin to neuroscience, and to the programme she would use with her son, Henré. What she saw wasn’t just progress. It felt like watching him finally become who he was always meant to be.

Years later, the same programme became Karin’s own lifeline. At 50, a mild stroke left her cognitively affected — and she used the brain training at Biolink centres to get her own focus, memory and clarity back.

Today Karin and her sister Marlize run Biolink together. Because every person deserves the chance to build their mental skills — and to feel confident, capable and understood.
